Coffee cupping is a skill that all serious coffee drinkers should know. A coffee cupping session takes place in a professional context when coffee professionals meet to evaluate the coffee they buy for their cafes.
In my class, we'll have a chance to have fun while learning how professional tasters judge hundreds of cups of coffee every day! This hands-on approach will review the coffee spectrum from seed to cup. We will learn and use the Specialty Coffee Association’s guide to cupping.
